For each terminal sent, please provide:

• Terminal name

• Model

• Serial number

Shipping & Delivery Details

• Approximate delivery date

• Tracking number (once available)

Engineering & Return Handling

• Confirm whether the terminals should be:

  • Returned after testing, or

  • They can be kept for additional testing and/or future updates

• Baseplate engineering timelines begin once we receive the PO and the terminals are physically received at our facility.

• The estimated engineering duration will be confirmed and communicated from your Sales representative. (Current Estimation 8 weeks)
